Who Are We?
American Wrestling is the clothing line created by Clever Items. We do screen printing and promotional items in Fort Worth, TX.

Established in 2002, Clever Items is an industry leading brand in the athletic fashion marketplace. Clever Items is a designer, marketer and distributor of premium lifestyle products, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, stocking caps, and wrestling equipment sold under the American Wrestler brand name.

Clever Items is committed toward relationship investments, with all of its valued clientele. Clever Items is based in Fort Worth, Texas but actively serve wrestling community throughout the continental of United States. 

Our Returns Policy/Exchange Policy
You may return most items sold by Americanwrestler.com within 14 days from the date of shipment. All returns from the Continental United States can be returned for a full refund of the subtotal* amount before shipping charges. Please include your order number, name, address and phone number for quick and efficient processing.

We are unable to accept returns of certain items, including:

* Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). * Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. * 

All items that do not meet our return policy will be returned to the customer at their expense. Any item that shipping is not paid for within 14 days of 1st contact to the customer will be forfeited. 

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned with or without a receipt. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement. We do ask that you pay the cost of the original shipping. For a full item credit: returns must include all original attached tags, boxes, authenticity certificates and in original brand new condition. Items return without original tags, boxes, and authenticity certificates or in original new condition will not be accepted. 

All international sales are final. We are unable to accept returns for international shipments including Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. 

Exchanges
When returning an item for an exchange please list the item or items you want to exchange. If applicable, include payment for the difference in price of items and shipping. Shipping cost are as follows 1 item $6.95 – 2 items $7.95, 3 items or more $8.95. We are unable to accept personal checks at this time. Please include a Certified Check or Money order with your exchange. 

All international sales are final. We are unable to accept returns for international shipments including Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. 

Shipping Information
Most items ship within 24 to 48 hours, for validated orders. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2-3 days to major metropolitan areas, and 5-7 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. 

Clever Items Ships Via UPS or US Postal Service

International Orders

We are unable to accept returns for international shipments including Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. 

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. 

International shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Clever Items does not refund customs, duties or taxes associated with international orders. 

Payment Information
Clever Items is dedicated to creating a safe and easy shopping experience for our customers. We currently accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard Discover, PayPal and Money Orders. 

Clever Items requires issuing bank validation for all credit card shipment. When paying via credit card the ship to address must be validated as an address of record by the issuing bank. Clever Items requires phone and bank validation of all high dollar orders at its discretion.

Depending on the policies of your financial institution, it may take up to 14 - 31 business days from the date your refund was processed to appear on your credit card statement.

Depending on your method of payment through PayPal (bank account withdrawal, eCheck, etc.), it may take up to 14 business days from the date your refund was processed to appear in your PayPal account.
